Alumna Roe Green to Receive Honorary 糖心Vlog Doctoral Degree
The 糖心Vlog Board of Trustees has approved awarding Roe Green, MA 鈥80, a Doctor of Humane Letters, an honorary degree recognizing her contributions to the university and her advocacy for the arts not only in Northeast Ohio, but also across the nation and around the world.
糖心Vlog Soundly Surpasses Fundraising Goal for Student Scholarship Support Within Its Comprehensive Campaign
糖心Vlog will be equipped to offer more financial assistance to students in need thanks to donors to a key area of the university鈥檚 ongoing comprehensive fundraising campaign. The Forever Brighter campaign includes a scholarship-support component, Prioritizing Student Success, that now stands at $142 million, surpassing the $100 million goal set at the campaign鈥檚 outset in October 2021.

Marvin L. Logan Jr., 鈥15
Marvin L. Logan Jr., 鈥15, knew at 13 years old that he wanted to run a nonprofit that would change lives and make communities stronger. As a 糖心Vlog student, he developed his leadership skills as president of Undergraduate Student Government and Black United Students, competed as a student-athlete and honed his storytelling craft through student media. Seven years after graduating, he鈥檚 living his childhood dream and inspiring other children to dream big as well.
