
Group X Classes
Group X classes are instructor-led group workouts designed to help participants reach their fitness goals. These classes cater to any fitness level and are offered in a variety of different formats to meet everyone’s needs.
Registration Policies
- Participants must pre-register for Group X classes both in-person and virtual. CLASS REGISTRATION ENDS ONE HOUR BEFORE EACH CLASS.
- Each class must have a minimum of 4 people registered 1-hour before the start of each class or the class will be cancelled.
- Register online, in person at the Guest Service station at the Welcome Desk or at the Fitness & Wellness Services Desk or over the phone at 330-672-4732.
- For our virtual classes, participants will receive a Zoom link upon registration confirmation and will be required to login to their account to attend the class.
- Participants can register up to 14 days in advance.
- Please cancel your registration if you are not able to attend.

- Must have an SRWC membership (semester or longer) to purchase a Group X membership
- Access to our in-person classes. Pre-registration is required for all classes.

Aqua Deep
Dive into a refreshing workout that’s easy on your joints but tough on results! Aqua Deep takes place in the deep end of the pool, where buoyancy helps support your body while water resistance cranks up the challenge. Perfect for improving strength, flexibility, and cardio without the impact. Splash, stretch, and strengthen as you float through dynamic moves designed to leave you feeling energized and refreshed. No swimming skills required—just bring your positive vibes and get ready to make waves!
Aqua Shallow
Make a splash and move with ease! Aqua Shallow is a lively water workout held in the shallow end of the pool, perfect for all fitness levels. Using the natural resistance of water, you’ll tone muscles, boost cardio, and improve flexibility—all while staying supported and low-impact. From gentle stretches to energizing moves, this class is a refreshing way to sweat, smile, and soak up the fun. No swimming skills needed—just your enthusiasm!
Barre Fusion (New!)
Meet your new favorite full-body burn! Barre Fusion blends the best of ballet-inspired movement, Pilates, and strength training into one low-impact, high-reward workout. Using light weights, bodyweight resistance, and small, controlled movements, you’ll target muscles you didn’t even know you had (hello, glutes and core!). Expect pulsing, stretching, and a little bit of shaking—because that means it’s working. No dance experience needed—just bring your good energy and get ready to feel strong, graceful, and totally empowered!
Chair Yoga
Stretch, breathe, and relax—all without leaving your seat! Chair Yoga is a gentle, accessible practice that brings the benefits of yoga to everyone, no matter your mobility or experience level. Using a chair for support, we’ll flow through calming stretches, breathing exercises, and mindful movements designed to improve flexibility, reduce tension, and boost your mood. Perfect for all ages and abilities—come as you are and leave feeling refreshed, renewed, and ready to take on the day!
Bend ‘N Barre
Get ready to pulse, plié, and pose your way through a workout that brings the burn and the bliss! Bend 'N Barre fuses the strength and grace of ballet-inspired barre with the flow and flexibility of yoga. You'll tone your legs, lift your booty, fire up your core, and then melt into some oh-so-satisfying stretches. It’s the perfect combo of sculpt and stretch—low impact, high reward, and totally mood-boosting. No tutu required—just show up ready to move, bend, and have a blast!
Hip Hop Spin
Start your morning with a beat drop and a sweat fest! This 60-minute indoor cycling party is packed with heavy bass, smooth grooves, and high-energy intervals—all set to your favorite hip hop tracks. We’ll ride to the rhythm with sprints, climbs, and choreography that’ll leave you feeling strong, sweaty, and seriously hyped. No dance skills needed—just good vibes, good music, and a willingness to show up and turn it up. Let’s ride and rise!
Flow for ALL: Multilevel Yoga (New!)
Whether you're a first-time yogi or a seasoned stretcher, this class has a mat with your name on it! Flow for All is a multilevel yoga experience that meets you where you are and helps you go where you want to be. Expect a feel-good mix of movement, breath, and balance with pose options for every level—yes, that means you can modify, amplify, or chill as needed. Glow Spin
Pedal into the night with a blast of neon lights, pumping beats, and good vibes all around. Glow Spin is a high-energy, music-fueled indoor cycling party where the only rule is to ride hard and have fun. Pilates: Sculpt
This isn’t your average core class—Pilates Sculpt is here to fire up your muscles and leave you feeling strong, centered, and seriously sculpted. We blend classic Pilates moves with light weights, resistance, and upbeat energy to tone your abs, glutes, arms, and more. Expect low-impact, high-burn exercises with plenty of good vibes and core-shaking fun. All levels welcome—just bring your mat, your focus, and maybe a little sass. Pilates: Power
