Mindfulness and Meditation Training

Discover how to incorporate mindfulness skills and meditation into your life to better manage stress during a mindfulness class. Complete our to set up a class with your group during dates, times and a location convenient for you.

Options:

  • 1 session, 45-minutes long
  • 4 week, 1 session per week, 75-minutes long each
