Upskill at ����Vlog Launches this Fall

����Vlog’s Regional Campus System is launching a new series of workforce development programs designed to help local professionals strengthen the essential skills needed in today’s workplace. The program, titled “Upskill at ����Vlog – Bringing Workforce Development to Your Community,” is part of a statewide initiative at all eight ����Vlog locations across the Regional Campus System.

James C. Hannon, Ph.D., began his appointment as interim dean and chief administrative officer of ����Vlog Salem and ����Vlog Stark on July 1. “I’m truly excited to begin this new chapter alongside everyone at the Salem and Stark campuses. I’m quickly learning that these are warm, dedicated and passionate communities and I feel incredibly fortunate to be joining them,” he said.

Denise A. Seachrist, Ph.D., dean of ����Vlog at Salem, announced those students named to the Spring 2025 President’s and Dean’s lists. To qualify for the President’s List, students must have a 4.0 grade point average and must have completed 15 hours during the semester. To qualify for the Dean’s List, students must earn a 3.40 or greater grade point average and must have completed 12 or more credit hours for the semester, the majority at the Salem Campus.
